Winter Texan Special

This is simply the perfect plan for the perfect winter!  You will not miss out on a single Sandpiper activity or event! Although at Sandpipers we pride ourselves on knowing every winter month brings great activities and happenings, there are certain special events that can only be enjoyed through an extended visit. For example, by selecting this five-month option, you can participate in the bowling league, stage productions (all experience levels welcome), water volleyball tournaments, dart tournaments, the Nude Olympics, and many other events. Most importantly, by extending your stay, you will have the opportunity to develop friendships that travel even beyond our resort. If you want the true Sandpiper experience, this has to be your choice!
Winter Texan Special reservations must be paid in full by September 25th or an additional $150 late fee will be applied.  Winter Texan Specials are guaranteed a site choice upon full payment.

Sunday Check-ins or Check-outs are subject to an additional $25 fee.

All RV sites are back-in with full hookups. 50 amp cord required for metered electricity. Water and septic hookups. All sites are concrete. Some are shaded, some are not. All streets are paved.

Stays are booked and paid in advance and refunds are not given for pre-paid rents.  All rates include daily grounds fees. All rates are subject to change.
We accept cash, checks, and Visa/Mastercard-credit/debit card payments in US funds.
A 5% service fee is added when paying by credit card.
