Some are in the shade, some in the sun, and all are on concrete. Take your choice – they all come complete with friendly neighbors. Most sites are 30′ by 50′, give or take, and some sites can accommodate up to 73’ in length. All RV units must be self-contained. All the sites are full hookups. Proof of insurance is required upon check-in. Weekly propane service delivered to your site is also available. Existing RVs and mobile homes do come up for sale. RV Site Amenities
All RV sites are back-in with full hookups and 50 amp metered electric. Daily and weekly RV rates include electric. All sites are concrete. Some are shaded, some are not. All streets are paved. Stays are booked and paid in advance. Reservation Deposit Required (Non-Refundable): $300 Once a reservation is made, there is a $15 change fee. Site/Suite numbers are assigned for shorter term stays but are subject to change. ONLY RESERVATIONS FOR FIVE MONTHS OR LONGER ARE GUARANTEED A SITE CHOICE. All rates include daily grounds fees. All rates subject to change. We accept cash, checks, and Visa/Mastercard-credit/debit card payments in US funds. A 5% service fee is added when paying by credit card.
